

Of course, we all know it’s not always easy to forgive. The opposite of holding a grudge because you’ve been wronged is to forgive. Science even tells us that a person who holds a grudge against another is really hurting themselves the most (a detriment to physical and emotional health) although the person holding the grudge believes they are punishing the other person. It ruins relationships, splits families, and creates division.
